Hi all, I have a HDR-1100S 500GB Freesat HD Digital TV Recorder.
I wondered if anyone has had this issue that I'm having with the new Sky SR203 hub. Sky sent us one to replace the old hub (which works fine with the Humax). The Humax won't load On Demand or Showcase with this newer hub. It says "this will take more than a minute to load", but it never does and when I 'OK' it says "On Demand not available". Same with Showcase. Strangely when I get it to search for wifi it lists the new hub twice and it says that I am connected to the hub. I've tried all the tricks I know. Freesat off and on again, reboot the Sky hub, factory reset on the Freesat. Has anyone else had this issue? And has anyone managed to fix it?

Have you still got the 'old' hub? Was it really broken, or was it just replaced on Sky's whim?
If it was not broken, reconnect it and try again.

Yeah, I have reverted to the old one, which is fine. It's just that I would rather use the nice new faster one. According to Humax it might work if I connect via cable rather than WiFi.

Any obvious differences in the network diagnostics when using the old router particulary the dns service address and when using the newer one.
