I bought this box this week, and I am pleased to have found Sky News on the freesat channels, but there are no subtitles. oddly, there were subtitles for the first day but then they disappeared. There are subtitiles on all other channels. Can anyone help?

Appears that they are not being broadcast on the freesat version of the channel.
Believe Sky are aware and actioning, no indication as to when it will be 'fixed'
