Suggested recording "feature"

I am getting annoyed after selecting a programme from guide for recording I am then offered another different programme suggestion for recording. It is too easy to accept this thinking it being confirmation of the first programme selected. Is there any way of removing this annoying suggested programme you might like feature so that no recordings are offered.
