Hello,
I have been using Archer VR2800 and have dedicated IP addresses for PS4 and Humax PVR-2800 wired to the router through TL-PA9020P KIT PowerLine Adapters. I am having problems while connecting to PlayStation Network on PS4 and few streaming services on the Humax box. PSN recommends assigning the following Ports to be open for efficient usage
TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480
UDP: 3478, 3479
I also read that Humax advises Port 80:8080, SSL 443
I want to know if it is doable on Archer VR2800. Thank you so much for the help.
P.s. Also, I’d like to know about the fact if port forwarding through a VPN for PS4 is an ample solution? Thank you so much in advance.
