Hi, I recently bought a Humax Foxsat HDR and installed it in place of my old Box. Powered it up and it worked perfectly for about five months but I began to lose some Channels. As we had a rough storm just prior I assumed the Dish may have shifted off Satellite. Having fine tuned the Dish and re-installed was unable to restore Freesat. After exhaustive research have found the problem. I cannot get the freesat Transponder at 11428H27500A. What can I do to restore it. I have excellent signal strength and perfect quality from my 1metre Dish on 28.2 Satellite. Can anyone please help.

Usually a problem with lnb skew or a minor alignment issue. The Freesat home transponder is from Eutelsat 28A at 28.5E, most channels are from the SES Astra group at 28.2E.

28.2E uses a non standard skew so you need a comprimise setting.
