I recently purchased a Humax FVP4000 and downloaded the TV Guide and TV Live apps. Initially the guide recording worked but only up to two days in advance and no series recordings. For the last few days the app says no program information both via the guide and TV Live. I have submitted two emails to Humax support but they appear to not reply to emails. Any info appreciated

Update....this problem is affecting all programme information for mobile apps, website from PC and H3 Live TV.
