I emailed HUMAX about a possible TV Player on the 5000T while I was asking about my remotes conflicts between the 1100s I have also but got that sorted on here no problem.
Anyway, here’s the reply I got regarding the Player...

Glad you have the remotes sorted out.
The TV Player is currently ongoing a known issue. They are aware of this fault and should hopefully have this resolved soon enough however we do not have a timescale for this yet.
