Hi
I wonder if you can help this new boy with a couple of queries please?
I have just purchased a Humax HDR-FOX T2 and want to connect to the internet via a dongle. Do I really require an expensive Humax dongle to do the job or will a cheaper version (£12-£15) do the necessary?
Secondly, how should I connect my VCR player? Do I connect it directly to the TV or via the Humax PVR?
Thanks very much
Regards
John

One model that is reported to work well is the Edimax EW-7711UAn eg Link to Amazon

Directly to the TV. The HDR does not have a VCR in SCART socket.
