Unit "freezing"

A couple of times when unit switched on by remote and blue light illuminates, unit freezes and cannot use remote or even on/off button on top of unit. Have to switch off at plug. Am I doing something wrong??

Probably not.

There are a few reports of users having problems in this area especially when unit is recording.

Fortunately I am not one of them, which is of no comfort I know.

What software version and loader do you have on your unit, latest publically released is:

Software: 1.00.59
Loader: 1.03

I know I'm a bit of a Luddite but how can I ascertain the current software version and Loader I have? Unit only purchased three weeks ago

Have ascertained that Software/Loader are the versions on the system that you mentioned!

Got there in the end
