I've a film on DVD. It's one of the Jesse Stone films and I wanted to add it to the others I've recorded off the TV and I've saved on my HDR.

I've managed to upload it to my Lenovo B50-50 laptop, using DVD decrypter and then put it on a stick. I can play this stick on my Viera TV. It will upload to the Humax but it won't play it.

    Any ideas?

    Download MediaInfo

    https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download

Open the file and select Treeview. Export the details to a text file and post the data.

Download the MediaInfo and click to install the software.

When you run MediaInfo. Use the file menu to open your video file. At the top are a number of tabs. Click on the View tab and select tree. Treeview gives the most details about the video file.

Use the File Export option to copy the data to a text file.

    Thanks for your help.

Can't help unless you post the video file details.
