Hi I'm new to all this.

I have a pre recorded program which has somehow gone into an upper folder. I can't find anything in the manual which shows me how to access this and playback. Any help would be most welcome

    Welcome to the Forum

If you mean on the internal HDD then:

Press Media, if contents of internal HDD are not listed then press Blue, and highlight HDD and press OK

    Highlight folder and press OK

Scroll to required programme, when highlighted press OK.

    Thanks Barry

Have tried your suggestion. The recorded programme is listed as it's title Have scrolled down to it. By pressing ok Upper folder is highlighted and pressing Ok just takes me back to the list of programmes.

    Any Ideas?

    thanks

Does the title have the time date duration and channel it was recorded from under the title ?

If you press the information button (lower case I) do you get a synopses of the programme ?

For some reason the recording has failed. Are you sure the programme was actually transmitted ?. If part of a series did the recording schedule update to the next due recording ?

What was the recording of ?
