URGENT! How do I enter Capital letters?

PLEASE HELP!!!!! I cannot connect to my wifi as I have no idea how to enter capital letters on the keypad! Just took me 2 hours finding numbers!!!

On screen keyboard Highlight ABC press OK...

You can now enter characters via on screen keyboard or keys on remote.

Thanks Barry! Actually, I had worked this out by myself after about an hour! Honestly, I've had no trouble setting the new Humax up BUT, entering my password for my wifi, took over 2 hours just because of the numeric and upper case buttons on the keypad!!! Duh! Plenty more newbie questions coming up shortly!!!
