When I try to input the Internet password it will not accept the final letter so it fails every time. Has anyone suggest a solution please.

How many characters is the password?

I usually use Lan, but have just switched to wifi dongle, and it accepts my password (8 characters) without a problem.

Without giving to much away, is your password very long? is the last character a letter as you stated or a symbol?

Problem solved! Unable to change password but supplied with new sky router (had an old o2 one) and the password was accepted immediately. However still couldn't access portal despite having network connection. Read several posts offering suggestions: put dongle in usb at front, in settings/ internet click on apply in both wifi and lan, switch off at wall and on again. Not sure what made it work, but it does!!! Hope this helps anyone having similar problems.
