My old foxsat HDR remote used to be able to control my Sony TV. Can the remote for the HDR do the same? If so how?

Have you tried using your old remote to control the new HDR + your TV.

New post on DS indicates the HDR1000S is now supplied with the one that comes with the HB1000S. This remote has TV control.

This remote will also control the HDR-10x0S. I believe it is the RM-I08U model.

Do you happen to know if the code list is the same as the earlier remotes ? This remote isn't listed on the Humax global support website. Is there a MDB or ADB reference ?

The Remote is listed on Humax Direct:
    http://www.humaxdirect.co.uk/Direct/Prod/a4bdb2b8-95f7-46de-a7ae-462f52559903
I can't find the HB-Manual (think it was in the last few pages).
I may just have recycled it forgetting that the remote code list was in it.
I suggest starting with the four digit codes from any on the other remotes.

Graham - MDB 1.3 (3 digit codes) appear to work for me.
