My volume up is stuck on, but I don't reckon it's the remote as I removed the button and if didn't stop. Anyone have/had the same problem and know how to fix it please? It obstructs the picture and also makes the 'ok' button almost redundant. (You have to press it repeatedly as fast as possible before it'll register!)
Could it be the update?

Hi Scuders
Try unplugging your box and leaving for a few minutes or over night,
sometimes this will clear any bugs.
Next if this don't work do a factory reset.
Another thing to look for is low batteries in the remote as they do not last long, always change them first to rule out the remote.
You don't need to pull off the buttons on your remote, all you need do was to take the batteries out or take it in to another room to see if the banner went off.
I think you may need a new remote now.

I am glad I was able help. Most of the time a simple thing like unplugging your box for a while will clear most glitches from your box. But if not there is always someone on here who are able to help.
