Where's the BBC gone?

    suddenly with no warning we cannot access BBC 1, 2,, 3 4 or any BBC radio. We can get BBC 1, 2 and 3 in HD.
    We have upgraded the software and completed both automatic and manual installations with no luck.
    Any advice?
