I live in France but my french isnt brilliant and i have my 78 yr old father living with me. so Christmas last year my son brought us a Foxsat hdr so we could watch english tv. this football season it has stopped recording corrie, tonight also emmerdale. ( my father loves these programs. i have tried deleting the series recording and just doing single recording and it tells me it cant as there is a conflict? nothing else being recorded? it has also started going black screen when changing channels waiting seconds before screen comes back. can someone help me. I am not a techy person but i will try and follow instructions xx

Hi LynnS. WElcome to our forum.
Will try to help. Firstly
1 Can you confirm you can actually watch the ITV channel you have a problem with ?
2 Is the recording from ITV-HD or the SD (Standard Definition) channel ?
3 What UK postcode are you using to when you setup the box ?
4 Are you able to watch channel 999 (the Freesat Info channel) ?
5 Where are you located in France (Recent changes to ITV-HD have made it more difficult to receive in Europe, it may be possible to change your postcode to use STV-HD or UTV-HD).
Some of this information will help forum contributors who live in France to provide more detailed information based on where you live.
