YouView Unable to delete recordings.

    Hi folks,

    Had the YouView for two months and it will not delete programmes. When you press DEL, it does nothing.

    With Auto-Delete set to ON. I left it. Today it will not record, yet the disk states it is 77% available. The user guide does not give a description of signs that can be displayed on the front panel but the word 'FULL' is self explanatory!

    Something not right here!!!

    Welcome to the Forum

    The 'FULL' icon you refer to indicates that resolution output is set to 1080p

    Have you tried a reset from Maintenance Mode?

    Sry for delay - one of those weeks.

    Glad to learn what FULL means as the user manual is very poor (doubtless you know that!).

    Will look at the FAQ.
