<p>Yes, unfortunately, it seems that the issue from a couple of days back reappeared today, as we are also getting similar calls and emails from different customers.<br />
We've escalated this to our headquarters immediately and are awaiting for updates about this issue/their investigations, etc. </p>

<description><p>Yes I'm getting that too.  Based on previous experiences if I was to unplug for a few seconds and then start up the machine again I'd find that the YouTube icon was now missing, but instead I think I'll just wait for a few hours and see what happens. :/

<description><p>AFAIK a full reFORMAT will do that.  A reset will wipe anything you've scheduled to record in the future, but existing recordings will be retained.
