Hello
When trying to play a recording today the screen froze on the live channel I had been watching but the sound played the new recording. The only way I could cure the frozen screen was to unplug the unit, leaving for a few minutes, then replug and power on. Has anyone else had the same problem, both of my boxes are only a couple of weeks old and only the one box suffers from this problem.
I notice that new software has been released for another model box and wonder if this will apply to my new boxes as well, in other words could a software update be the cause of the problem.
