I like the fact that even my Mum can use it - and doesn't keep asking me "how do I....."

The Humax box outputs stunningly good pictures every time in HD without crashing or locking up like Sky boxes do. The forum is also a plus giving real answers that solve problems and not sarcastic or irrelevant answers that only stroke the ego of the poster.

We love our Humax Foxsat HDR because it is so easy to record our favourite programmes and play them whenever we choose.

What I love most about my Humax foxsat HDR is that it is easy to use and works exactly how it should! No fiddling needed!

It just works... that doesn't sound much but in the world of tech it is a big deal.

It's transformed the way we watch tv. We can now watch, what we want, when we want and the option to skip adverts.

No tapes, no fiddly settings - and it remembers to record all the episodes in a series!

Series links are great
The UI is pretty good| Wed 22 Feb 2012 17:57:30 #49 | -
I love the fact that some clever sods hacked the firmware so that all the nice functions outlawed by Freesat (because they are backward looking and stupid) are suddenly available.
It would be even better if Humax made available a full API (like with the old Topfield TF5800 - which was popular only because of this). This way if we don't like the user interface we can simply add a replacement one.
