Yes indeed. It looks a very nice unit.
Germany seems to have a lot of products not sold in the U.K. AC2400 Router, Home automation products, ETC.

Is there a specific reason you want an AC2400, versus, say, an AC2600? I've had the Netgear D7800-100UKS for two years now. There's even an AC5300 to be available soon. Both on Amazon.co.uk
As for Home Automation, again look at Amazon.
I'm in Germany regularly. There's nothing there that beats the UK on any front.| Sun 8 Oct 2017 18:23:42 #22 | -
Rubbish, the latest stb is streets ahead.

Was that rubbish to everything I said? Or a particular STB, recently announced? After all you are the one that anguishes over semantics.

If you were referring to the Humax iCord Evolution, then yes it has some very nice features. The ability to send two different streams to any suitable mobile device is particularly attractive. The typical price in Germany is Euro 437.99, which converts at current rate into £392. This price may have dissuaded Humax from launching it in the UK, plus of course the lack of a Freesat-style EPG. I'll be in Germany in January and check it out at Saturn.
If not that model then what?| Fri 13 Oct 2017 15:39:20 #26 | -
Yes, I was Graham referred to it in #20 and wondered if the design would be used as a starting point by Humax for the G3 unit.

If not that model then what?I think it's discontinued. Doesn't seem to be a replacement. Full use of all the tuners requires a SCD LNB.
