The last few weeks i've noticed the EPG is not loading data on channels other than BBC, and even then, some of those are not loading.

    Anyone else having these issues?

BTW, i've retuned a couple of times this month as it indicated our Freeview would switch from the local BBC SD to HD, but not quite yet, it seems we're in phase 2 of that change at the end of April.

    No problems with my 5000T.
Was yours ok before you retuned it? Do you use an automatic and smart retune? Smart retunes are anything but. Usually makes a pig's ear of the tuning. Could be you need to do a manual retune.

First thing I would try is an automatic tune with the Smart tune option disabled.

Thanks, i'll try the retune thing, again.

Actually, second thoughts, I think i'll wait until the end of the month when the BBC are supposed to finish the local HD switchover.

Region, yes, it's signals coming from Hannington.

This is the last info I have on the switchover https://www.bbc.co.uk/mediacentre/articles/2023/changes-bbc-one-hd-freeview-youview-england

I agree with you it is sensible to wait.
