Hi all, new to the forum.

Is there an issue with 5HD rollback via the planner? CH5 worked OK prior to the switchover, now there nothing earlier in the planner, all other channels with rollback are fine.

    All the best

It's same on mine. Issue seems to be 5 catch up is SD, so no catch up in guide from 5HD (ITV is same only get catch up in epg from SD channels). With no channel 5 in SD in guide you have a catch 22 situation.

Another issue is the C5 CRIDs have gone to hell in a hand cart since the switchover. Can't pay we'll take it away, GP's behind closed doors etc. I'm getting recordings of old series, as well as the correct ones daily.

I've tried clearing the reservations and trying them again but as soon as I do (HD or SD) then the next recording (rather than the correct one) pops up in the schedule.

I'm now using manual timer recordings instead of series links - rubbish C5, get it sorted.

Freesat are aware and have said they are working with channel 5 on the issue.
