Recently reconnected an old 9150t but not getting any channels - only "no or bad signal" despite signal being very good as tested through tv and other pvr.! Any ideas, suggestions or recommendations welcome. Thanks

presumably you've factory reset it, without re-formatting, and retuned it?
without retuning the box will be tuned into channels that may or may not exist anymore.
Also check for latest software which was 1.00.26 from 2011 as far as I know

The software on the above website may be out of date, I've noticed that there's not been any new software for the HD and HDRFoxT2 since 2012 / 2013 respectively which can't be right surely?.

Perhaps Barry could confirm later whether 1.00.26 is the newest software for the 9150T

The Humax digital website doesn't list the 9150T anymore so goodness knows how you're supposed to get support from Humax. The downloads page for the HDRFoxT2 goes to:

    존재하지 않는 상품정보입니다

    http://www.humaxdigital.com/uk/products/product_releases.php?gid=476&pid=6

could mean anything, reminds me of this:
    http://www.theguardian.com/theguardian/2008/nov/01/5

and the HDRFoxT2 is a product that Humax Direct still have in stock and sell!

back to the 9150T, I'm hoping a retune and/or software update will sort it, let us know either way

Thanks so much for the advice. Resetting worked a treat - stupidly, I hadn't thought of what probably is the most logical first step! Very much appreciate your help.
