Hi - got home from work today to discover something that should have been recording wasn't. Checked the list of reservations and they've all been deleted! Anyone know why? It's never happened before. I'll have to try and remember what there was reserved - not the end of the world but curious if this happened to many or a sign of a fault with the recorded?
cheers,

Try removing the power connection from the box for 5-10 mins.

Out of interest are you using the Crystal Palace transmitter. I ask because I know of two other people whose HDR FOX T2's also lost their record schedule Tues / Wed.

Yes I live near Crystal Palace. Interesting but not sure why. Have rebuilt my reservations from scratch now. Thanks.

Thanks for that, looks like just a Crystal Palace 'thing', very odd.

Exactly the same thing happened to my Humax HDR-Fox T2 sometime last week. I'm also on the Crystal Palace transmitter. The whole recording schedule was lost, along with my favourite channels list. It's as if the machine retuned itself. I actually wondered whether there might have been a software update?

Whatever it was, it only seems to have affected HDR-FOX-T2's looking at Crystal Palace. Both of my T2's using Heathfield (Kent) were unaffected. Also any software update, which for the HDR-FOX-T2 is unlikely given it's age, would have probably have been on all transmitters anyway.
It remains a mystery.| Mon 23 Apr 2018 8:52:16 #9 | -
Barry,
I have only just noticed the original poster logged their problem under the HD-Fox-T2 heading. However all the other posters have sited the effect with HDR boxes.
My apologies for any confussion caused.| Mon 23 Apr 2018 9:01:22 #10 |
