Amazon Prime - Sorry Something went wrong

    Anyone use the Aura to Watch Amazon Prime..

    ..whenever I watch something it either fails to start a episode or film with the spinning circle then the message "Sorry something went wrong try again later" then back to the main Amazon page
    or
    Midway through a episode it will freeze then refuse to play beyond stuttering.

    Only solution is unplug the Aura from the wall and start all over again.

    It happened through every episode of Reacher and now Fallout.

    Just wondering if its an Aura issue, Prime App issue or because I haven't upgraded to the full no-adds tier of Prime and there is a bug ?
