Android App - No device found

    I am no longer able to connect to Humax Aura from the Android APP.

    So far tried:

    Uninstalling and reinstalling app
    Clearing App data
    Removing the device from myhumax in browser and re adding
    Tried to connect with a manual IP address

    Nothing seems to work

    Switch off and on again internet connection in settings then reboot Aura

    Thanks for your help. Unfortunately still the same issue after following those steps. Strangely I can see the Aura Media Server from my PC and play files.

    Have you got the latest Aura app on your phone?.

    There was an update to it fairly recently as the box would not recognise the code when trying to add the Aura to the app.

    The Aura app does not seem to be able to cope with changes in the IP address. I would suggest reserving an IP address for the Aura in your router then deleting the device in the app and signing out of the app. Then sign back into the app and setup the Aura again.
