Hi welcome to our forum.
Some TV's have a auto select on HDMI1 based on port activity on HDMI1. THe 1100S powers up the hdmi port for a short period when it wakes to make a recording. If yours is such a TV swapping the 1100S and Bluray inputs may fix it.
If this doesn't fix it, it's likely to be a CEC control issue.
Either turn off whatever your TV calls CEC control

Or fit a cec removal adaptor to the 1100S hdmi lead

Check the LG setup menus for anyway of disabling HDMI port selection based on port activity (seperate system to CEC).

You've hit the nail on the head it started when I paired my phone to the box so I could record when out. Suppose I have to put up with it thanks
