It is frustrating that with a few more updates, the Aura box could be the ideal set top box.
However, with the lack of updates does anyone know if there is a freeview box coming which will do all that the Aura box does and more?

I'd be interested to hear of any too can't wait to replace my 2 aura boxes.
I think the only alternative is the Manhattan T3•R, but that only has dual tuners.
I looked at them before purchasing the Aura and they gave very quick responsive answers to my questions, but I decided to go with the Aura and have not been disappointed.
The trouble with the T3R is that
1) Can't seem to buy it anywhere
2) Two tuners
3) Not Android TV so limited number of streaming available
Maybe Freeview is becoming dead in the water?
Maybe there isn't any money in it?
Perhaps that is why Humax have gone quiet unless they are getting new box ready but waiting so as not to piss off people who have only just bought the Aura?
I was trying to think of things I watch on TV that can't be streamed and I can't think of a lot.
My biggest use of Freeview recordings are the base 5 channels.
All my other viewing is YouTube or Plex and for me the Aura works great.
There will be the new Manhattan T4-R coming out in July 2023.
