Aura app not connecting to box

    Issue I'm having is that my Aura is working fine, connected to wifi network (BT hub says its on there and working) but I cannot get the Aura app on my iPhone 15 (IOS 18.1.1) to find the box but again BT hub says iPhone is on the network and working fine.
    However, iPhone connected via 5GHz and Aura 2.4GHz but BT hub using single ssid so should pass through any connections.
    Tried the usual delete app, power off and reload app. Delete Aura from myHumax.net and re-register Aura using code provided from box. This latter part worked fine and so does the login to the app but when it goes to find Aura, Aura not found.
    Any ideas?

    Try switching the Wi-Fi setting button off and on again

    Hi,
    I tried turning it off and on again but it didn’t work, however when it didn’t link again there was a note suggesting two actions to fix it.

    One option was to type in the IP code manually, which I did it worked
