Aura App update for all users (not firmware)

    I got an app update notification this morning,
    1 app updated, "freeview" by time I put my specs on i missed what version it was !

    Would opening the Play Store on the Aura be a useful thing to try if the app update isn't being shown in the notifications? I feel I've had to do this a couple of times to trigger Aura / Android to recognise that there is a pending app update.

    Just tried that, still shows NO update.

    This isn't a Play Store update, it's pushed down from Humax.

    Barry, there's no notification. Is there no way to initiate this from our device?

    Ok - Sorry for any confusion caused, this is the current state of play:

    •Normal Users : Firmware Version 09.14 - Apps TvInput 49, TvApp 79, customizer 13

    •Beta Users (w/o firmware) : Firmware Version 09.14 - Apps TvInput 49, TvApp 79, customizer 15 (Recent Apps)

    •Beta Users (w firmware) : Firmware Version 09.16 - Apps TvInput 49, TvApp 82, customizer 15

    OK, thanks - I presumed when the thread title was "Aura App update" that it was an app

    So we've got:-
    - firmware
    - Android core system
    - apps that come from Humax only, not via Play Store for core Aura functionality
    - apps that come via the Play Store for core Freeview functionality (e.g. On Now - TV Guide, FVP Config Authority, MDS Client)
    - apps that come via the Play Store for core non-Freeview functionality (e.g. Chromecast Built In, Android TV Core Services)
    - apps that come via the Play Store for non-core functionality (e.g. Disney+, iPlayer)
    - plus the option for side loaded apps

    Quite confusing for the average user!!

    How do you check that, for instance, Apps TvInput 49 has been updated?
