best box for viewing in france

What would be the best box to get for my mum - lives in rural france, has a satellite already but gets appalling tv reception. She had an installer out to put in a "cahors" system but it is still appalling and only seems to get audio described channels (driving me bonkers)

Where in France is she?
What size dish does she have?

If she is getting audio description when she does not want it, sounds like something wrong with the box settings.

Paul - she is in the Var, and the satellite is large but I don't know exact dimensions.

A1944 - Any pointers on changing the box settings? How would I do that?

Not knowing anything about the Cahors equipment, no.

Suggest reading the manual if possible, otherwise searching the menus for inspiration.

Cahors is a town in SW France.
It is not clear what the local installer installed, Satellite or French Terrestrial.
What Set Top Box(es) does she currently have?
