I have just upgraded my dish and LNB. I am receiving stations, the strength and quality vary according to the station anmd some channels are a bit weak but watchable. What is the best channel to use to tune up on.
I have spent the last hour trying to find FAqs but to no avail.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Use channel 407 FASHION ONE. It's on the key Freesat home transponder that every Freesat box needs to work properly.

I asked Graham the same question once and provided me with the following which was ever so helpfull, so I'd recommend following the same advise.

I would use one of the mid frequency transponders say a horizontal one, then switch to a vertical one to optimise skew. Then check a high band from Eutelsat 28A and last of all make sure the freesat home transponder has reasonable quality.

FoxsatstaticMk2_011 in Excel or Webpage format for transponder lists
