    Hi all, my first post!

I've posted this over at the Freesat community, but thought I'd ask you good people the same...

I was just wondering, does freetime provide the feature whereby you can "book" a recording by pressing a coloured button whilst watching a preview or trailer for it?

ive seen this on freeview / Youview, and on sky. When a teaser comes on for an upcoming series, you get a prompt to press green to book it, or record it.

It cannot recall my freetime box ever doing this? Can anybody confirm ? Is it something freesat supports?

I've seen this regularly on SKY, but like you I've never seen it on my 1000S.

Perhaps freesat think that showcase covers it.

    Thanks for the replies.

Its on the Humax Freeview FOX box, and YouView support it, so shame its not on Freesat, its actually very useful.

I don't know one way or another except it is not part of G1. If it is in G2 then they have not used it yet (that I have seen).

Wait and see what freesat say.
