I am new to this forum but am having a message on my humax which stops any viewing or recording,audio/video decoding buffer is underrun,so will I need to do a factory reset or is there a simpler solution and does anyone have an answer.

Suggest you do the reset which will leave recordings intact but you will loose your schedule. A picture of it will speed up recreation.
Reset will change any defaults you have changed (popular changes include audioi out)Admin: I am still seing word wrap problems on posts such as this.
