Turned the TV on this morning and when I go into on demand there are no apps. I can get onto iplayer and itv player by going backwards in my tv guide and showcase is working.
I've tried turning on and off, resetting router, unplugging, factory reset and nothing working. Help!!

Same here as well. It all started for me at 11:00 on the night of 4th July.

I’ve got the same issue. This has happened before according to Google. How long does it typically take to resolve, anyone know?

As it happened over a weekend and with lots of staff working from home, hazard a guess it will be tomorrow.

All services working on a 4K firestick (excellent device).

Judging from the chatter on Facebook, It sounds like Humax have tried to fix an issue with My5 but instead the "FIX" has broken all the on-demand services. It would help if they came clean with us. I am a big fan of Humax and Freesat, but they need to treat their users with some consideration!

Surely they wouldn't have done this over a weekend ? If they have it's just plain stupid.

The greatest majority of changes take place on tuesdays.

Glad to know I haven’t got to go out and buy a new Humax box! I was just about to raid the piggy bank!

Invest the money in a 4K Firestick or wait for the next offers especially if you have AVR (AV receiver). . Mine cost £25:00 on a instant deal.
