Can't update, will not find USB

    My sister-in-law has an FVP-4000T but does not have any internet.
    Have sent her the latest update file on USB and talked her through.
    When she gets to the "Check for new software" the box just goes into a loop. Longest she left it was about an hour?
    Anyone think this is because she has no internet or is the box faulty.

    It could just work but I will have to talk her through it.
