Catchup TV connection error

    I'm having a weird issue with my Humax Aura. If I try to access any catchup v apps - liveplayer, 4, 5, stv, etc., they ALL show the same error screen suggesting a connection error.

    All other apps requiring an internet connection work (like tuneon, youtube, google play), and live freeview tv works, as does a local internet connection (Kodi is also on the system and works to connect to a server).

    It's just the catchup tv apps that are failing. Any idea what's going on, and how I fix it?

    Has no one encountered this? Is it possible my box is faulty?

    The error has happened again today, It's showing error code FVP-300
