    Ditto, in fact the e-mail from ITV merely explained what we already knew was going to happen. No mention at all of the time they chose to implement the change let alone the situations it created.

    Respect to you both for taking the time out to email them but why would you think that they should care about 'the little people'?
    Typical corporate response to a bona fide complaint.

    I'm away on business until tomorrow Graham, so I'll have a go at a updating the channels as you recommended upon my return (I could try to talk the wife though the process over the phone, but then again......)

    Oh flippin heck, ITVHD accurate recordings are all skew-whiff tonight
    4 mins of ads at the beginning and missed the end of the first, then missed the beginning of the second.
    Why do things get messed up after the clocks change.
