I picked up this box last week and so far all has been running fine with the exception of playing mkvs from an external hard drive. All videos whether they are 720p or 1080p appear choppy.
Do you think this is due to the humax box or the video files themselves? I'm going to try a couple of SD MP4s to see if there's any difference.
Oh, and I only have an SD plasma at the moment so I connect to the TV via SCART, if that matters.
