Closing the media

After I have pressed the media button and chosen, then watched the program, how do I get back to the normal tv programs ?
I have so far been unable to close down the recorded media without turning off the tv and restarting.
This is positively trivial but annoying.

Could you not press the EXIT or BACK buttons?

That applies to an HDR Fox-T2 (Freeview). I don't know what Humax product you are using.

Or even press the media button again. (it's a toggle).

Or even wait until the media screen times out and returns to live TV.
