    Hi,

I know other people have had issues with the BBC and CRID codes lately. So I was wondering if that was the issue for me on Tuesday evening or if it was something else.
I had Veganville set to record the whole series on BBC1 HD the first two episodes recorded fine but the third didn't record. I have checked I have still have the 'Cancel Whole Series' button on the other recordings so my machine (5000t) knew it was meant to be recording it.
Did any one else have the same problem or is there a way to find out the CRID code to see if that was the issue?

    Thanks in advance
    Christina

According to the Radio Times, the last episode is tonight.

Ignore that, looks like the RT page is dated for Tuesday.

Thank you for looking for me.
I had a look this morning on the EPG and it's still showing it was on on Tuesday evening, my first thought was maybe it had been moved or not shown but it's definitely still showing in the time slot.

is there a way to find out the CRID code to see if that was the issue?

F/Settings/System Settings/System Information/Red/Green/Yellow/Blue/Green/Yellow/Blue scroll down to Series Info and press OK. You should get a message Show Series Info. The CRIDs then appear with the usual information about a programme. Note that this setting seems to reset by itself at random times (and usually when you power down).

If I remember correctly turning on diagnostic mode makes it sticky until you turn of diagnostics.

Not on my 5000T. It seems to reset the "display CRID" setting sometimes (probably power down, but could be at other times). No other settings are lost, so I don't think it's a hardware fault. Just one of those things you have to put up with that will never be fixed.
