Yes did the factory reset,
So sorry but how and where do I get/ use the CF disc fix?

See the package documentation (http: to the web interface and choose the documentation icon)- I don't have access to my unit until tomorrow but I am sure it is covered.

Anyway, basically you issue a disk-fix command (Think it has a hyphen) and the box will start in maintenance mode

Yes, it does have a hyphen, but it's fix-disk, not disk-fix.
