When I plug my USB drive into my 1000s it recognises the USB drive but just says loading when you try to access it. I am trying to copy it's media content onto the internal drive. Any suggestions please

Drive is a 300GB Iomega USB 2.0 formatted as ExFat, video files range from 1.8GB to 500Mb

I've tried it in both USB ports and closing the menu and re-opening but it just says loading, left it over night too just incase it was due to the ammount of data on the drive but it still said loading this morning and i couldnt browse it at all

I think your problem is EXfat. Copy the data off, format ntfs copy it back and try again. I have some 35GB 1080p24 files that play back no problem.
