From an discussion on the Aura sub-forum, it seems there is an inconsistency between the file size of uploads allowed by "members" and "special members" - 0.1Mb for members, 20Mb for special members.
Is this just a case of waiting for a certain number of posts before "special membership" is granted, and is it possible to suggest that "members" could / should have the file size for uploads increased a little? Whilst most people are competent enough at shrinking the file size of an image on a PC or phone, it's more than a little old-fashioned to have such a tiny file size limit and it precludes any member posting a video of any quality / length as I doubt there are many .mp4's smaller than 0.1Mb!
Or perhaps there should be a route to allow members to ask for the higher limit to be applied to them, which moderators / admins could approve based on the users having posted sensible (!) posts, rather than allowing unfettered access to big uploads from spambots etc, if that is what the fear is.
