free time and bbc i-player in ireland

hi all, I'm thinking of buying the humax HDR 1000S ,the free time facility and bbc i_player look very attractive but do they work in ireland is the question?

Irish Republic or Northern Ireland ? The OD service is IP restricted so at a guess you would need a N Ireland IP address.

hi, thanks for your quick response. yeh was thinking that. i'm based in the republic. when you say OD, does that also include the free time facility?
