I have just received a Humax HDR-1000S Freesat+ with <Freetime>

I am connected to the internet and can view On Demand services such as the BBC iPlayer. However, when Im in the tv guide and select <earlier> all programs are shown as ‘Available soon’. Nothing is available now even if I go back a few days. I have the same issue with programs showing up from other broadcasters.

Can anyone help?
