Freetime not working correctly

    My HDR 1000 with Freetime, when I cursor left, it keeps showing 8th January as the most recent backward EPG listing ?

    On Demand, and other online facilities are fine on my box.

    In fact, On Demand HD works very well.

    Could it be that the Freetime is a Network problem ?

    I updated software when I received the box, just before Christmas 2014.

    What software version do you have?.
    Suggest you check your network settings on the HDR-1000S (Connect automatically) and also on your router (Especially DNS settings).
    Rebooting your router would also be a good idea.
    I assume you would mention it is there were any other EPG problems?

    This may seem obvious, and may not be the answer to your query, but it caught me out initially.

    You can only cursor left on channels that have 'content available on their on demand' players.

    Solved...

    On Demand & Showcase working fine, but not Freetime.

    I went to System Settings, Broadband, said I was connected, I selected Connect Automatically anyway.........

    Surprise, Freetime is now working on all Channels it is available on !!
