HB1000S Cannot come out of non Freesat

    For some inexplicable reason after watching UTV in Non Freesat mode. I pressed OK button as requested to leave but nothing and it stayed. I pressed Exit button and it went to normal Freesat but it was as though non freesat was still in the background. Tried umpteen times and still the same. The OK button is fine when tested on other situations. Do I need to do a factory reset? Your kind advise please.
